The awesome view of the mountains behind our neighborhood on my walk home from school.
Home sweet home. Casa armarillo. My room is the white door, top floor, far right in the corner.
Just a boney cow chillin in the road.
The fire station right next to our neighborhood with a hummer.
This stone painting is at the front of the school.
The front of the school.
My classroom is the 3rd one down where the Muchacha (the cleaning lady) is standing.
The playground where the kids like to play soccer and stir up the dust that loves to get in my eyes.
The breeze way where we sit during our breaks because our teachers lounge is a closet the size of my pinky toe.
love that mountain view! I hope you are liking everything a little more.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you can walk past that cow without wanting to feed it. poor guy.

Lori--Do you have kindergarten at your school? Do you think one of the teachers would be interested in connecting with our class? We have 3 classes at my school and I know the other two would be interested. Since our kids take Spanish 3 times a week, I thought it would be fun to let them send pictures and tell about where they live, what their school is like and what they are learning about. We could do the same. Anyway--looking forward to your next entry--love hearing about your adventure! My email is matthewsb@hssd.net if they want to contact me. Thanks! Brenda
